All UK items, once dispatched, are sent using Royal Mail and usually takes 1-3 working days. (Monday - Friday only). Shipping to the UK is charged between £4.99-£6.99 depending on parcel weight. If a delivery is missed, Royal Mail will leave a notification to the customer requesting that contact is made in order to re-arrange delivery or pick up from local post office.

INTERNATIONAL FAILED DELIVERY ATTEMPTS
After receiving delivery confirmation for the selected method of delivery, we will not be held responsible for any missing parcel disputes. Parcels will only be held at the courier depot for up to 4 weeks. If your package fails to be delivered without the arrangement of a re-delivery through direct contact with Royal Mail (International Customers), Royal Mail and PARDUH will make several attempts to contact the customer via telephone and email in order to try an arrange a suitable delivery time. If after 21 days, there has been no contact with the customer despite several attempts, Royal Mail will make a further attempt to leave your parcel with a neighbor and leave another card to this effect with the responsibility of collecting the parcel being that of the customer. If delivery to a neighbor is not possible, the parcel will be returned to PARDUH with a charge applied by Royal Mail. Any requests, which follow for a further delivery attempt, will be subject to a repeat delivery charge in full, in addition to the failed delivery charges, which will be stated by Royal Mail (charges will vary depending on the location and weight of the parcel concerned). An invoice will be sent to the customer in such circumstances and goods will be dispatched once all outstanding payments are complete.
We will not accept responsibility for packages, which are returned to us due to insufficient/incorrect address information. Additional shipping fees will be due for re-sending any order(s). This must be paid in advance of shipment.
We will not accept responsibility for the breakage/damage of any of our products that may occur during transit. PARDUH ensures that all products are packaged to safeguard protection during the delivery process.
We cannot accept responsibility for the loss of any of our items/parcels during transit due to a fault of a third party service provider (the courier). However, PARDUH will assist the customer in liaising with the relevant courier party, to investigate a reported loss and pursue the appropriate channels until the matter is resolved.
If a delivery attempt is deliberately rejected by the customer with refusal to sign for a parcel which was sent following a confirmed order, with the customer thereafter requesting a refund after the goods have already been sent, the initial shipping fees incurred by PARDUH and any courier charges incurred for returning the parcel to PARDUH will be deducted from the total refund value.
Some International shipments may take between 5-10 days (on rare occasions longer) depending upon the customs regulations and third party issues. We cannot be held responsible for any lengthy delays, which occur due to customs regulations.
For those classified as living in remote areas, a Royal Mail Service will be used and the delivery time will vary depending on your location.
PARDUH will offer a refund or exchange on any item that is faulty and you are not completely happy with provided that you post it back to us in a saleable condition within 7 DAYS OF RECEIPT OF GOODS. You MUST FIRST contact us on email@example.com and we can then provide you with a returns address.
*IMPORTANT* we cannot offer refunds or exchanges on scarves that have been tried on or worn due to health and safety regulations.
SALE ITEMS ARE NON REFUNDABLE AND NON EXCHANGEBLE
You have 7 working days from when your order parcel was signed for to post it back to us. The post office date stamp or franked date will be proof of your posting within the 7 working days time policy.
Items must be returned at your own cost. We regret that PARDUH cannot refund the cost of postage (this includes the original delivery cost and return postage). Once the returned goods have been received we will process your refund to the card from which the original payment was made.
IF YOU WISH TO RETURN AN ITEM FOR REFUND OR EXCHANGE PLEASE BE AWARE THAT:

DO NOT cut off tags before trying on items, as we cannot accept items that have had tags cut off or re-attached by customers. PLEASE STORE ITEMS FOR RETURN AWAY FROM STRONG SMELLS, AS RETURNS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED IF ITEMS COME BACK WITH ODOURS.
IMPORTANT: When returning items to PARDUH by post it is recommended that you use recorded delivery, as we cannot be held responsible for any orders that are lost by mail service providers when you are returning them to us. By using a recorded delivery service you will be able to claim any costs for lost items and will be reimbursed by the delivery service provider. You will need to check the policy of the delivery service provider you are using for full details and always remember to keep your receipt of postage.
